RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Original Woobie, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

- Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

- Eligible Items: All regular-priced items

- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized hoodies

 

How to Return

1. Email us at TOWadmin@theoriginalwoobie.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We'll send you a return label (shipping fees apply)

3. Pack your item securely and attach the return label

4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier

 

Refunds

- Refund Method: Original payment method

- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

- Refund Amount: Purchase price minus return shipping fees

 

Exchanges

- Available for different sizes or colors within 30 days

- Contact us to initiate an exchange

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no cost.

 

Gift Returns

For gifts without a receipt, we offer store credit at the current selling price.
